Refund policy
All Shipping is done once weekly on Mondays, If Monday is a holiday then shipping is sent on the following Tuesday. During the holiday season additional shipping days are added as needed.
All print sales are final.
Damaged prints from shipping will be replaced at no cost.
If your prints arrive damaged please contact me at www.moistproduction@gmail.com to set up a replacement. Do not return the prints until you have received acknowledgement to do so. Because of the acid free nature of prints, they cannot be resold once opened. If there is an issue with your prints please contact me directly and I will gladly work with you on a solution.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, you should receive one emailed upon purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any shipping errors caused by the buyer such as an incorrect address supplied to the seller or failure to retrieve the item from the post office within time allotted by the postal service and returned, are the buyers responsibility. Items returned to sender for this reason are subject to new shipping costs in order for the item to be resent.
Shipping times for international buyers are at the mercy of each respective countries customs department. The seller is not responsible for delays within your own countries customs department. I understand this happens at times so please contact me and we will work together on a resolution.
